Holme Valley Online Booking

Booking Your Stay

We are open all year apart from 2 weeks over the Christmas period but re-open on 30th December for the New Year celebrations. Bookings can be made online or by phone. Advance bookings are essential for weekends, school holidays and bank holidays. We have a minimum of 3-night stays on bank holidays and 4-night stays at Easter.

Please note, we no longer accept groups of more than 3 families.

This allows us to keep the noise level on the park as low as possible so that all guests can enjoy a peaceful stay.

If you are inviting friends or family who live locally to visit you at the park, please check with a member of staff beforehand. All visitors must check-in and pay the visitor charge on arrival.

Touring and Camping Pitches

The park has 18 hardstanding pitches for caravans, motorhomes and campervans most of which are suitable for pitching an awning. If you are putting an awning up, please select a pitch suitable for an awning and also add an awning to your booking. Hardstanding pitches all have electric hook-up and six of the pitches are located on the pondside, ideal for fishing. We have grass pitches in 3 meadows for tents, campervans and motorhomes. The Bottom Field has 19 pitches, each with hook up and between 2 pitches without. The New Field has up to 30 non-electric pitches. The Riverside Corner holds just 4 pitches for couples or guests staying alone without children. We do not accommodate groups or couples camping together in this area.

Glamping

We now have a variety of glamping options. Our 4 Camping Cabins are situated in the Top Field, 2 of which are dog-friendly. Each cabin sleeps 5 and has basic kitchen facilities (2 hob rings, microwave, fridge, washing up bowl, liquid and sponge). There is also heating, lighting and electric points.

Gingerbread Cabin (sleeps 4) and Fern Dome (sleeps 5) are new to the park and have the same facilities as the Camping Cabins mentioned above, however with some added luxuries, a king-size bed for added comfort and a wood-burner stove for those chilly nights. Guests in Gingerbread Cabin has the use of a separate private family bathroom (approximately 100m away in the main amenities block).

Willow Glamping Cabin is situated on the pondside (ideal for fishing) and sleeps 3. There is small kitchenette (with 2 hob rings, microwave, fridge and sink) and an ensuite shower, toilet and basin. Like our other glamping accommodation, Willow is heated, has lighting and electric points.

Ivy Pod is situated on the riverbank from April to October and in the Bottom Field near the facilities from November to April. Ivy sleeps 2 in a double bed and has basic kitchen facilities (Kettle, microwave, and small fridge). There is also heating, lighting and electric points.

We provide kitchen equipment (plates, cups, cutlery, pans, etc) in all our glamping accommodation except Ivy Pod. Please don’t forget to bring your own bedding (pillows, sleeping bags or duvet and sheet), towels and tea towel.

Please note, there is no running water to the Camping Cabins, Gingerbread Cabin, Fern Dome and Ivy Pod.

Glamping guests will be asked to pay a pre-authorised security deposit of £40.00 per cabin on arrival. As this is a pre-authorised payment, the funds do not leave your account, they are kept ‘on hold’ and unavailable to spend. Providing there is no damage, missing items and the accommodation is left in an acceptable condition, the deposit is released soon after the cabin has been checked. Please allow up to 15 working days for the money to be available to spend.
